Joe’s path into residential construction began at SUNY Delhi in upstate New York, where he studied Construction Management while spending his summers and school breaks working as a carpenter. After graduating, he followed his passion for hands-on building and moved to Oregon to become a timber framer. What started in the shop cutting and assembling timber frames soon evolved into project management, launching a career in high-end residential construction that he has enjoyed ever since.

As Estimator at Supple Homes, Joe thrives on turning complex plans into a clear, comprehensive roadmap for construction. He enjoys identifying every detail, anticipating challenges before they arise, and collaborating with expert trade partners to ensure every project is thoughtfully planned from the start. He values the supportive, collaborative culture at Supple Homes, sharing, “The open communication, teamwork, and company values make it the best place I’ve worked. Everyone is committed to doing things the right way, and that makes all the difference.”

When he’s not working, Joe enjoys backpacking, skiing, cycling, and traveling to remote destinations. He also volunteers with the Boy Scouts, helping teach valuable life skills to the youth. At home, he enjoys building AI tools, watching movies, and playing guitar.
